Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering professional massage and body treatments per spa protocols and certifications.
- Greeting guests warmly and sharing information on spa services, treatments, and products.
- Ensuring a clean, organized, and relaxing work environment.
- Promoting retail products to enhance guests’ at-home wellness experience.
- Preparing and maintaining treatment areas, including managing inventory and equipment.
- Upholding sanitation standards and ensuring guests’ privacy and comfort at all times.

Qualifications
- Must hold and maintain a current state license.
- Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent customer service skills.
