Responsibilities
As a Massage Therapist at Gun Lake Casino Resort, you’ll be able to deliver personalized, high-quality massage treatments that provide relaxation, therapeutic benefits, and an exceptional guest experience. In this role, you’ll perform a variety of massage techniques, tailor treatments to individual client needs, and maintain a welcoming, safe, and hygienic spa environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing Swedish, deep tissue, sports, hot stone, prenatal, and aromatherapy massages.
- Conducting client consultations and customizing each session to the client’s health history and goals.
- Ensuring client comfort, addressing any special needs, and offering post-session advice.
- Maintaining high cleanliness standards and proper equipment sanitation.
- Collaborating with the spa team and participating in training to stay current on techniques and spa offerings.

Qualifications
- Must be 21+ with a high school diploma or GED (formal massage training preferred).
- A valid Michigan Massage Therapist license is required.
- At least one year of experience as a Massage Therapist in a high-end spa or similar setting.
- Skilled in various massage techniques, with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Dedication to exceptional customer service and creating a luxurious guest experience.
