Job Description: We are currently seeking two skilled and licensed Massage Therapists to join our team on a part-time contracted basis. As Massage Therapists at Holistic Integrations, you will play vital roles in delivering transformative massage therapy experiences rooted in holistic wellness principles. From nurturing Swedish massages to targeted deep tissue techniques, you will have the opportunity to provide personalized treatments that promote relaxation, healing, and overall well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, reflexology, and aromatherapy massages, among others.
• Conduct comprehensive client consultations to assess individual needs and preferences, taking into account holistic wellness factors.
• Customize massage treatments based on client goals, health history, and holistic wellness objectives.
• Maintain a serene and welcoming spa environment conducive to holistic healing and relaxation.
• Demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and respect for client confidentiality at all times.
• Educate clients on the holistic benefits of massage therapy and recommend complementary wellness practices.
• Collaborate with our holistic wellness team to provide integrated care and holistic wellness solutions.

Requirements:

• Valid Michigan state license in Massage Therapy.
• Proven experience as a Massage Therapist, preferably in a holistic spa or wellness environment.
• Proficiency in a wide range of massage techniques and modalities.
• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to client care.
• Commitment to upholding the principles of holistic wellness and integrative healing.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client scheduling needs.
