Working closely with Dr. Hartman, our team takes a collaborative approach to patient care, diving deep into treatment plans and discussing the best therapeutic approaches for each individual. Our practice offers a unique opportunity to work in a medical setting where your skills as a massage therapist are truly valued as an essential component of patient care. We handle all the administrative work – billing, coding, calls, and scheduling – so you can focus on what you do best: providing therapeutic massage that helps patients heal.

- Supplies Provided: Linen service and massage gel included; essential oils available with patient permission
- Employee Status: Bi-weekly pay as an employee (not contractor) with opportunity to accept tips (though not expected)
- Student-Friendly: Open to short-term arrangements for students wanting to explore medical massage opportunities
Who We’re Looking For
- Licensed massage therapists ready to work in a medical setting
- Therapists willing to “dig into the problem” and collaborate on treatment solutions
- Individuals interested in medical massage vs. spa/relaxation settings
- Professionals open to learning SOAP note documentation (training provided!)
- Team players who prioritize patient needs and outcomes
- Wednesday availability required
- Open to both experienced medical massage therapists and those new to the field
- Students or recent graduates welcome – even for short-term learning experiences
Compensation & Schedule
- Hourly pay to be discussed based on experience (please come prepared with your desired rate – and don’t sell yourself short!)
- Bi-weekly pay as an employee
- Tips welcome but not expected
- Closed Thursdays
- No weekend requirements
- Wednesday availability essential
