Job Summary:
HealthSource Chiropractic of Highland is seeking a skilled and licensed Massage Therapist to provide professional and engaging therapeutic massage services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of various massage techniques and a passion for promoting wellness and relaxation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform professional-quality massage, bodywork, and therapeutic services that meet clients’ needs.
- Assess client needs and preferences before beginning any treatment.
- Maintain detailed and accurate client records, including assessments and treatment plans.
- Recommend personalized treatment plans and wellness products or services.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment.
- Adhere to all state and local licensing laws and regulations related to massage therapy.
- Participate in staff meetings and continuing education as required.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) in the State of Michigan.
- Certification from an accredited massage therapy program.
- Knowledge of various massage techniques (e.g., Swedish, deep tissue, sports, prenatal).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional demeanor with strong ethics and integrity.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in a spa, clinic, or wellness center.
Compensation:
$40/Hour plus tips.
