Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate LMT to join our team. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to delivering exceptional massage therapy services and ensuring an outstanding client experience. 

We are seeking an individual with a holistic approach to treating pain, managing stress, and releasing soft tissue restrictions. Ideally, this person is open to complementary approaches, intuitive touch, and exploring craniosacral therapy, myofascial release, and other alternative modalities. There will be opportunities for growth and professional development.

 

Qualifications:

• Valid massage therapy license in the state of Michigan
• 1-2 years of experience in a clinical or spa setting preferred, but not required
• Proficient in various different massage techniques, such as Swedish massage and deep tissue massage.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Commitment to providing exception customer service
• Additional qualifications will be incentivized

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide therapeutic massage treatments tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
• Conduct client consultations to understand their specific concerns and medical history.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and recommend home-care routines as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Uphold all health and safety standards in compliance with state regulations.
• Keep detailed records of each client’s treatment and progress.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
