Opportunity
- Haven Holistics Wellness Center, Private Membership Association,is seeking a part-time retail associate to welcome members, schedule appointments and operate the checkout system, among other duties.
Position: Part-Time
Schedule: Part-time hours, including select weekdays and Saturdays as needed
Responsibilities:
- Welcome members and provide front-desk support.
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and respond to member inquiries.
- Process payments and operate the checkout system.
- Assist members with natural health product selections.
- Maintain, organize, restock, and merchandise retail inventory.
- Monitor product inventory, pricing, and labeling.
- Operate and assist members with natural wellness equipment, including ionic foot soaks, spinal traction equipment, vibration machines, and light therapy.
- Prepare online, shipping, and drop-box pickup orders.
- Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming retail environment.
Requirements:
- Education, certification, or training in natural health, holistic wellness, herbalism, nutrition, naturopathy, or a related field.
- Knowledge and experience with herbal remedies, nutritional supplements, vitamins/minerals,
- homeopathy, essential oils, and natural wellness products.
- Previous natural health, wellness, or retail experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
- Organized, dependable, professional, and comfortable multitasking.
- Basic computer, scheduling, and point-of-sale skills.
- Willingness to continually expand knowledge of natural health products.
