Responsibilities
As the Spa Lead at Gun Lake Casino Resort, you’ll be essential in delivering a seamless and luxurious spa experience for guests while supporting team excellence and operational efficiency. Your role involves
- supervising and training the spa team
- ensuring high service standards
- handling key aspects of daily operations
Core responsibilities include:
- Lead, train, and supervise spa attendants and reception staff to uphold AAA Four Diamond service standards.
- Assist Spa Manager with team huddles, training, and communication of updates.
- Oversee guest experience by greeting guests warmly, coordinating appointments, and handling feedback professionally.
- Manage spa area cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and inventory of supplies and retail products.
- Process transactions accurately, monitor sales, and report revenue metrics to the Spa Manager.
- Support resort-wide events and collaborate with the Spa Manager on special projects and initiatives to boost guest engagement.

Qualifications
- Must be 21+ years old with a high school diploma or equivalent (additional training in spa management or hospitality preferred).
- At least one year of experience as a spa attendant in a full-service spa, with two years in a supervisory role preferred.
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills; proficiency with spa management software.
- Dedication to exceptional customer service and delivering memorable guest experiences.
- Professional appearance, demeanor, and ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
