Responsibilities
As the Spa Manager at Gun Lake Casino Resort, you’ll play a pivotal role in creating a top-tier spa experience that reflects our commitment to quality and service. Your responsibilities will encompass operational management, team leadership, and strategic initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and profitability. Key duties include:
- Oversee spa operations, including staff scheduling, inventory, and daily procedures.
- Train and guide team members to ensure high service standards and positive guest experiences.
- Maintaining a clean, organized spa environment ensures health, safety, and sanitation compliance.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop promotions and drive guest engagement and retention.
- Manage expenses, monitor sales, and implement growth and cost control strategies.
- Foster strong interdepartmental relationships and uphold AAA Four Diamond service standards.

Qualifications
- You must be 21+ years old and have a high school diploma or GED (additional training or certification in spa management or hospitality is preferred).
- You must have at least 4 years in spa/health club operations and 3 years in a management role.
- Formal training or industry certification in spa/health club management or related fields is preferred.
- Certification in massage therapy, cosmetology, or a related field is a plus.
- This role requires strong verbal and written communication skills and fluency in English.
- Candidate needs to be willing to work extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Candidate must be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, maintaining professionalism and positive guest engagement.
